I made these when I was in high school for a preschool thing we did. They called them concept boards. I pulled them out the other day and my kids loved them. My 3 and 2 year old could do some of them; and some of them are for a little bit older kids. Anyway, they are pretty easy to make, a nice quiet activity, and a break from the tv and computer games my kids play all the time now.
Animal Actions (classification: animals of the land and sea)
Flutterby (visual matching)
Melon Matchers (Number 1-10)
The Alpha "bat" (upper and lower case letters)
Fat Cats (colors and color words/numbers and words)
